We are looking for an Export Manager - Sales Back Office (m/f/d) - Career Changer for the earliest possible date.

OFFICE Partner GmbH is a Europe-wide active E-Commerce company that has been distributing printers, monitors, and much more for more than 25 years. Through our own online shop and other platforms, we offer a wide range of products from well-known manufacturers. At OFFICE Partner, flat hierarchies prevail. You will not encounter the formal "Sie". Your Tasks

We will teach you everything step by step. After the induction period, you will take over, among other things:

• Support and further development of international existing and new customers in the B2B environment
• Communication with foreign business partners, predominantly in English
• Creation of offers as well as processing of orders for export
• Support in project execution and follow-up of offers
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments such as product management and purchasing
• Participation in sales promotions and international sales activities

What You Bring to the Table

You don't have to know everything - we will develop you further! What is important to us:

• A successfully completed vocational training (commercial or comparable)
• Initial experience in customer contact - ideally in an international environment, or the motivation to familiarize yourself with export sales
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Ideally an interest in IT products (knowledge is not a must)
• Enjoyment of communication, a friendly and service-oriented appearance
• Teamwork skills as well as a reliable, structured way of working
