PROGRAM MANAGER
You will serve as a Program Manager in the Corporate Logistics Code 054 of OFFICE OF NAVAL RESEARCH.
Major duties
- You will serve as the Division Head and will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the OPSEC program covering the command and all supported Naval Research Enterprise (NRE) activities and provides OPSEC oversight.
- You will plan, train (education and awareness), threat identification, evaluation of vulnerabilities and development and implementation of countermeasures related to OPSEC.
- You will develop and maintain the command's Critical Information List (CIL).
- You will manage, justify, and track the budget associated with the OPSEC program.
- You will develop and maintain metrics on OPSEC support efforts.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band (NO-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1.) Implementing and maintaining the OPSEC program, covering the command and all supported Naval Research Enterprise (NRE) Manager (PM) activities; 2.) Providing planning, training (education and awareness), threat identification, evaluation of vulnerabilities and development and implementation of countermeasures related to OPSEC; 3.) Supporting the protection of Critical Program Information (CPI); and 4.) Developing, implementing, and monitoring procedures involving protection of classified/sensitive unclassified information and activities not protected by traditional security programs and procedures.
