Who we are looking for

For our client, an internationally active industrial company in Biberach, we are looking for a Method Expert - GMP Analytics (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.

What you bring to the role

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a comparable natural science, or completed training as a Chemielaborant/Chemielaborantin, Biologielaborant/Biologielaborantin, CTA, BTA, MTA or comparable qualification with at least five years of relevant professional experience.
• Several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment.
• Sound knowledge in TOC analytics or UV-Scan/SoloVPE analytics.
• Experience in the qualification, validation, and verification of analytical methods is desirable.
• Confident handling of common MS-Office applications.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Independent, structured, and quality-oriented way of working.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• High flexibility, sense of responsibility, and willingness to work shifts including night, weekend shifts, and on-call duty.

The Job

As a Method Expert – GMP Analytics (m/f/d), you will take on a responsible role in the execution, support, and further development of analytical methods in the GMP environment and contribute significantly to ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards.

• Independent execution of complex and time-critical analyses in the GMP environment, particularly endotoxin analytics (GelClot), TOC analytics, as well as UV-Scan/SoloVPE analytics, including evaluation and review of analytical results.
• Technical responsibility for an analytical method as a Method Expert (m/f/d) as well as creation, maintenance, and coordination of method-specific regulations.
• Participation in the qualification, validation, and verification of analytical methods.
• Planning, execution, and documentation of functional tests as well as maintenance and repair measures on analytical devices.
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as coordination with manufacturers, service technicians, and customers – also in English.
• Planning, coordination, and management of special tasks, particularly in the area of troubleshooting and error analysis.
• Induction, technical support, and training of new employees.
• Deployment in a 2- or 3-shift model including on-call duty as well as night and weekend work.

Other Information

• Assignment initially limited until 30.06.2027 with the option for extension and permanent employment
• Full-time: 37.50 hours/week; Part-time: 18.75 hours/week
• 2 or 3-shift, on-call duty, and weekend assignments
