Marketing Officer and Stay Advisor (M/F)
The Office de Tourisme Vexin en Pays de Nacre is an EPIC located in the southwest of Oise (Hauts-de-France) at the gates of the Paris Region and Normandy. It is a Destination combining nature, cultural heritage, and industrial heritage in a rural and semi-urban setting. The destination brings together two EPCI, the Communauté de Communes des Sablons and the Communauté de Communes du Vexin-Thelle, totaling 58 communes spread over 500 km².
The Office de Tourisme prioritizes mutual aid and teamwork. This is why we are currently looking for the person who will join the existing team and put their energy at the service of the Destination.
MISSIONS In a team spirit, under the guidance of the Directrice de l'Office de Tourisme, your missions are:
STAY ADVISING
- Ensure physical and telephone reception at the Office de Tourisme, advise visitors, and process information requests on all media (telephone, email, internet, social networks), both at the Office de Tourisme reception and during off-site events
- Manage the reception area of the Office de Tourisme (order, replenishment of documentation)
- Be the primary contact for the Destination's tourism service providers (file follow-up, advice, and updating of offers)
- Update the Tourinsoft departmental database
- Ensure regular monitoring of the offers proposed in the Destination
- Collect the Office de Tourisme's activity indicators (statistics)
GROUP MARKETING
- Market the destination's tourism products (day products for groups, stay offers, ticketing)
- Ensure the administrative management of marketing and file follow-up in compliance with established procedures: development of programs, sending quotes, invoicing, tracking dashboards, satisfaction surveys
- Develop partnership relations with local actors for the follow-up and creation of offers
- Design tourism offers adapted to the territories and the Destination's clientele
- Ensure the creation and updating of prospecting lists and client files in compliance with the Office de Tourisme's RGPD regulations, and retain existing clientele
- Participate in trade fairs and events promoting the Destination
- Ensure the follow-up of commercial activity (statistics)
- Assist the régisseur principal in managing the advances and receipts office as a deputy régisseur
- In collaboration with the chargée de promotion, develop communication materials related to marketing and participate in strengthening the Destination's reputation
STAY TAX / ACCOMMODATIONS
- Management and updating of the accommodation database on the taxesejour.fr platform
- Support accommodation providers in declaring the taxe de séjour
- Management of the collection of the taxe de séjour (follow-up, reminders) in connection with the régisseur principal
REQUIRED PROFILE
- Minimum level Bac +2/3 in Tourism and/or commerce
- Significant experience in a Tourist Office and/or in marketing is appreciated
- Proficiency in IT tools and social networks; knowledge of group booking software and Tourinsoft would be a plus
- Proficiency in English is mandatory
- Good knowledge of the Destination is appreciated

1-year CDD full-time (35 hours/week) - Work during high season on weekends and public holidays
