Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year work experience in fashion retail or in a similar role.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Able to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Commitment to performing according to the brand.
• Excellent offering and selling products.
• Willing to work on weekends and national holidays.
• Can join as soon as possible.

Job Description – Store Sales Assistant:

1. Sales Assistance

• Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers at a professional level.
• Take customers’ body measurements for alteration product orders.

1. Store Handling

• Perform routine cleaning of the store area.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
• Change mannequin displays regularly to ensure attractive visual merchandising.
• Conduct visual and aroma inspections of the store area and report any issues requiring improvement to the Area Supervisor.
• Properly use and maintain store assets, including laptops, printers, and other operational equipment.

1. Administration

• Input sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sales (POS) system.
• Record transaction data in Google Spreadsheets.
• Input customer measurement data into Google Forms for alteration product orders.
• Prepare and submit daily transaction reports and sales summaries through the company WhatsApp group.

1. Inventory Management

• Conduct periodic stock opname and report the results.
• Check stock received from the warehouse against supporting documents and report any discrepancies.
• Pack items for stock returns to the warehouse.
• Be responsible for the proper storage and organization of inventory.
