Your job, you...

• ensure the timely systemic and functional provision of integrated timetable data and also enjoy working on the creation or supplementation of timetable data yourself.

• carry out independent coordination with all internal and external partners regarding the topic of data transmission and requirements.

• ensure compliance with internal and external agreements for timetable-based customer information.

• test new datasets and new software releases of the systems involved in the customer information process and develop holistic test settings for data and system changes.

• analyze and process systemic error patterns and derive relevant recommendations for action to rectify errors and improve systems and processes.

• support the further development and optimization of timetable-based customer information processes and systems by conducting analyses and creating specifications.

Your profile, you...

• are interested in current mobility trends and are enthusiastic about the railway system.

• have a sound completed technical or business education (University, FH, HTL, HAK, etc.) or corresponding professional experience in the field.

• enjoy working with data, are precise and reliable.

• enjoy communicating with different departments or stakeholders in a corporate environment as well as working in a team.
