The IT & Digitalization department maintains existing systems and actively shapes new solution approaches for passenger transport-specific IT. The "Customer Information Systems" department is responsible for the solution design and further development of IT-Business Services in the area of customer information and rail passenger transport production.

Your job, you...

• collect, model, and document requirements from internal customers and design corresponding solutions.
• also moderate workshops with the specialist departments and use alternative methods for requirement elicitation.
• support the specialist departments in the context of digitalization in the analysis and optimization of their processes.
• take care of the provision and further development of the responsible IT-Services.
• control internal and external service providers and thus ensure timely implementation.
• advise the internal specialist departments on matters regarding the further development of our IT landscape and coordinate budget planning with them.
• as a competence holder of your domain, observe current technology trends and continuously analyze the relevant market environment.

Your profile, you...

• are interested in current mobility trends and are enthusiastic about the rail system.
• have a sound completed technical or economic education (University, FH, HTL, HAK, etc.) or corresponding professional experience in the field.
• bring several years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Business Analyse or Requirements Engineering, Business Consulting, (IT-)Projektmanagement.
• enjoy communicating with different specialist departments or stakeholders in a corporate environment as well as working in a team.
• bring a hands-on mentality and are characterized by a solution-oriented way of working and persuasiveness.
• think analytically, are proactive, and service-oriented.
• have good English skills in speaking and writing.
• ideally bring professional experience or process knowledge in the area of vehicle planning and scheduling or from the field of logistics.
