Purchasing Manager

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.

• Experience in the Footwear or Fashion area Required
• Advanced English indispensable.
• Between 5 and 10 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience managing a wide product portfolio
• Experience in retail and wholesale channels simultaneously.
• Proven track record in inventory reduction and optimization without affecting sales.
• Experience in implementing Forecasting and demand planning.
• Knowledge in classification, segmentation by turnover, and inventory optimization.
• Advanced mastery of Excel and analysis tools.
• Knowledge in supply chain and inventory planning

Analyze previous sales and project demand by product, category, and channel. Define adequate inventory levels to avoid shortages or excesses. Plan the purchasing budget periodically and by category. Implement strategies to improve product turnover and reduce slow-moving inventory. Manage the product life cycle from launch to market exit. Coordinate sales and supply planning to maintain the balance between supply and demand. Make decisions regarding purchases, replenishment, product changes, and assortment. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
