Business Development Executive (B2B | Training Provided)

Your tasks

Work directly with business owners, acquire new corporate clients and take your career further into team leadership — with structured training, 1-to-1 mentorship and opportunities to grow.

• Introduce corporate training programmes in AI, digital technology, communication and leadership to business owners.
• Engage decision-makers through face-to-face B2B outreach, understand their business needs and recommend suitable training programmes.
• Develop new business opportunities, acquire corporate clients and work towards sales targets.

• Follow up with prospective clients and build professional relationships.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome — no B2B experience required.
• Confident communicators who enjoy meeting new people.
• Comfortable approaching business owners, learning new skills and working towards targets.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, marketing or sales is an advantage, but not required.

What we offer

💰 S$3,800–S$5,000/month (Basic + Commission + CPF Contribution)
