THE ROLE
As a Technical Services Employee, you are ultimately responsible for the complete technical state of the hotel. You ensure a safe, well-maintained, and compliant hotel environment and act as a crucial link between operations, management, and external partners. You report to the General Manager and work closely with all departments. With your leadership, structure, and technical expertise, you safeguard continuity, quality, and guest experience in a 24/7 hotel environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ultimately responsible for the Technical Services
- Safeguarding safety, ARBO, fire safety, and laws & regulations
- Compliance with Marriott standards, Transcendent, and audit requirements
- Management of Preventive Maintenance and resolving malfunctions
- Guiding projects, renovations, and CapEx
- Energy and water management, including sustainability initiatives
- Budget, cost, and contract management
- Leading, coaching, and developing the technical team
- Reporting on KPIs, compliance, and maintenance status
WHAT YOU BRING
- Good command of the English language, both oral and written
- Strong in administration and working in a structured manner
- Demonstrable leadership and sense of responsibility
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and communicative skills
- Experience in a hotel or similar 24/7 environment is a strong plus
