THE ROLE

As a Front Office intern, you will play a key role in delivering a warm and professional welcome to our guests. You are often the first point of contact and are responsible for checking guests in and out, issuing room keys, handling payments and answering any questions. Your friendly presence and attention to detail help ensure that every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay at Sapphire House Antwerp.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greeting guests and visitors with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Identifying and understanding the needs and preferences of guests
• Providing personal assistance in line with the hotel's standards, ensuring efficient and proactive service
• Monitoring guest flow in the lobby and adjusting support accordingly
• Answering questions and following up with guests via email, telephone or in person
• Collaborating closely with team members, managers and relevant departments to ensure seamless service
• Handling and responding to guest feedback and reviews, ensuring timely and thoughtful follow-up.
