YOUR ROLE AS F&B SUPERVISOR INTERN

During your internship, you will support the F&B Manager and the supervisor team in coordinating daily operations in our restaurants, bar and banqueting. You will learn how to lead a team, optimize processes and simultaneously guarantee an exceptional guest experience. You will be a visible point of contact for both guests and colleagues and will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in a luxury and inspiring environment.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Support the daily management of the F&B team;
• Help coordinate service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events;
• Oversee guest satisfaction and respond to special requests;
• Assist in training and guiding team members;
• Ensure compliance with quality and service standards;
• Actively contribute to a neat, welcoming and efficient working environment.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays; we are a 24/7 hotel
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Service-oriented with an eye for quality
• Resilient to stress and solution-oriented
