Senior Odoo Project Manager.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of Odoo ERP solutions for clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Odoo ERP implementation, business process analysis, project delivery, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Odoo ERP implementation lifecycle, from initial client meetings and requirements gathering to deployment and Go-Live.
• Analyze clients' business processes and identify how Odoo can address their operational requirements.
• Lead the configuration and implementation of Odoo modules based on business needs.
• Coordinate Odoo Functional Consultants, Developers, and other project stakeholders.
• Oversee customization, integrations, data migration, testing, and system deployment.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training.
• Manage scope changes and ensure alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
• Ensure smooth Go-Live and provide oversight during post-implementation support.

• 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation and project management.
• Strong and proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
• Successfully managed multiple end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
• Excellent understanding of Odoo modules, workflows, and business processes, including Accounting, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, HR, and Manufacturing.
• Experience managing Odoo Functional teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Excellent project planning, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with Odoo versions 16, 17, 18, or 19.
• Previous experience in an Odoo implementation partner or ERP consultancy.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Key Selection Criteria: Candidates must have practical experience leading Odoo ERP implementations from requirements gathering and business analysis through configuration, customization, testing, and Go-Live. General software project management experience without direct Odoo implementation experience will not be sufficient.
