Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Approximately 4-8 years' HR experience, ideally within an international company, SME, trading, sourcing, manufacturing, consumer products or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong practical experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Good working knowledge of Vietnamese labour law and HR compliance.
