Factory supervisor

Your tasks

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on daily production activities to ensure efficiency and timely output.
• Coordinate production processes and track progress against set targets.
• Follow up with customers on sales-related activities, orders, and enquiries.
• Liaise with relevant teams to ensure smooth production and delivery of customer service.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to monitor production activities and ensure accountability.
• Good communication, customer relationship, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites and record management.
• Bachelor’s degree, HND, or relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in the role applied for.
