We are recruiting an experienced Billing and Collection Officer M/F/X CDD, based in Boulogne-Billancourt Your main missions? Reporting to the Group Billing and Collection Manager, your main responsibilities are as follows:

Ensure, autonomously, client billing within the framework of Build and Upsell projects

Monitor compliance with forecasted milestones, follow up with account managers in case of exceeded milestones

Contribute to the optimization of billing processes

Support the collection process: respond to requests from the collection officer, participate in continuous improvement (identification and correction of recurring issues at the client level)

As part of the monthly closing work: perform portal uploads of RUN invoices, collaborate with management control for the establishment of provisions (communicate build and upsell FAE)

With higher education in accounting/billing/collection/finance, you demonstrate a first experience in a similar role.

You enjoy supporting change and evolving teams, tools, and processes in a stimulating and dynamic environment. Open-minded, you are curious, proactive, and possess a strong sense of customer relations.

Fluent English. Spanish appreciated

Very good mastery of Excel.

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent (e.g., SAP).

Asset: General knowledge in accounting / business administration
