We are looking for a Maintenance Manager! As a Maintenance Manager with us, you will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance. You will handle incidents that affect operations, ensure that equipment is developed and upgraded, and ensure safe and stable operation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams in Fulfillment, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth processes and compliance with health, environmental, and safety standards. Together with your team – four maintenance technicians and one truck supervisor – you will develop and lead proactive solutions that support daily operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader and sparring partner – someone who not only ensures that things work, but who wants to find smarter solutions and more efficient ways of working. This is what you will be working with🔧 Ensuring operational reliability across our entire value chain.

Supporting both corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Improving existing machinery and introducing new equipment, automation, and machines.

Managing the inventory of spare parts and equipment, and ensuring availability when needed.

Building and maintaining relationships with contractors, suppliers, and service providers.

Leading and guiding a team of experienced maintenance technicians, and providing training and guidance.

Managing the maintenance budget, and balancing costs with quality service.

Having the overall responsibility for ensuring rapid handling of critical issues, troubleshooting, and analysis of solutions to prevent recurrence while maintaining operational uptime.

This is what you need to succeed 🌟 Background in electrical, automation, industrial mechanics, or engineering.

Minimum 4 years of experience in a technical role with knowledge of control systems (e.g., PLC-Siemens S7) and production IT.

Experience with personnel management and the ability to motivate, guide, and create a strong and positive team.

Our working language is English, so good English skills are necessary. Norwegian is an advantage.

It is a bonus if you have 💡 Experience using an EAM-system ( Enterprise Asset Management ) to track and manage maintenance activities.

Ability to manage maintenance budgets, optimize resource use, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.

A strong commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical issues, also to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to make quick and effective decisions in changing situations.
