As Clinical Solutions Manager (gn), you will accompany ophthalmological diagnostic products throughout the entire product lifecycle and provide support through clinical market analyses, product validation, user training, as well as professional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical Research.

Your tasks

• Analysis of clinical market trends, user needs, and application potentials, as well as structured communication of relevant findings to Product Management and stakeholders
• Professional accompaniment of the entire product lifecycle through clinical validation, study support, and user-oriented market launch
• Support of Sales and customers through product trainings, workshops, presentations, as well as sound application consulting across the entire product portfolio
• Development of clinical benefit and value arguments for different target groups as well as professional responsibility for clinical content in marketing and communication materials
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, and external users to ensure optimal product application

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of Optometry, Ophthalmic Optics, Medical Technology, Biomedicine, or a comparable discipline
• Sound knowledge in the clinical application of ophthalmological diagnostic devices as well as an understanding of clinical workflows and diagnostic contexts
• Experience in handling complex medical devices, ideally supplemented by training, instruction, product demonstrations, or scientific-clinical activity
• Ability to convey complex clinical content in a structured, understandable, and target-group-oriented manner, as well as to prepare market and user feedback
• Strong communication, presentation, and interface competence in an international environment as well as a confident appearance towards customers and opinion leaders
• Team-oriented, customer-oriented personality with a high willingness to travel and very good English skills in speaking and writing
