Are you a Residential Property Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC qualified lawyer looking to join a highly regarded and growing property team? You’ll be joining a large and expanding team of experienced property lawyers who pride themselves on delivering a bespoke conveyancing service. With a strong flow of work generated through longstanding client relationships and trusted referrer networks, you'll benefit from a varied caseload and a supportive team environment.
What you'll be doing: Managing your own caseload of residential property matters with minimal supervision Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages Acting for a variety of clients, including investor clients
About you: Solicitor, FCILEx or CLC qualified Experience gained within residential property/conveyancing Strong technical knowledge across general residential property transactions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
