A well-regarded, established law firm is expanding its Residential Property team in Sutton. The work is busy, the team is growing, and they need an conveyancer who can take ownership of a caseload from day one.

The role

• Run your own residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity from instruction to completion, without needing regular supervision
• Keep clients informed and reassured at every stage, with a strong focus on client care
• Work closely with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to keep transactions moving and hit deadlines
• Contribute to a collaborative team and to the continued growth of the department
