• Manage social media accounts and respond to messages and comments.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers and maintain engagement.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the team to achieve engagement and sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Moderator or in a similar role.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Arabic; English is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
