Finance Executive

Your tasks

• Handle and reconciliation of accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly accounts closing, monthly P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Perform accounting analysis and maintain detailed listing of Balance sheet schedules
• reconciliation of inter-company balances.
• Liaise with auditor. Preparation of audit schedules and financial statements
• Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash
• Co-ordinate with other departments on accounting issues.
• Submission of Letter of Credit documents to bank.
• Perform other ad-hoc or relevant duties when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" level / Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
• At least 2 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge on Accounting SAP is an advantage
• Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to start work in short notice
