Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar HRD/HR Manager position.
  • Able to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify employee development needs.
  • Able to develop training modules and learning materials.
  • Experienced in Succession Planning and Talent Mapping.
  • Able to act as a mentor and coach for employees.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology is preferred.

Job Description:

  1. Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable work environment
  2. Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring all HR practices uphold ethical standards
  3. Manage compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages to attract and retain talent
  4. Ensure compliance with all compensation regulatory requirements and conduct market analysis to stay competitive
  5. Oversee the end-to-end processes for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation
  6. Utilize HR analytics to generate insights into workforce performance and opportunities for improvement
  7. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on HR initiatives, challenges, and metrics
  8. Manage talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates, enhancing the organization's reputation as an employer of choice
  9. Develop and optimize recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interviewing frameworks, and onboarding programs
  10. Improving employees’ capabilities in retail operations through Learning & Development initiatives.
  11. Develop an effective performance management system that includes goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews
  12. Developing and implementing organizational succession planning and talent development.
  13. Developing and implementing employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
