Additional Information
And because we know a job isn't "just" a job, we are also sharing some little extras that make our difference:
- 7 participations, 7 certifications, and especially 6 podiums in the "Great Place To Work" rankings: the well-being and progression of Octos are truly at the heart of our concerns;
- “There is always a better way”: we encourage and support innovation through R&D. Beyond a dedicated scientific direction, we value non-mission time to share knowledge: OCTO blog, talks, meet-ups, white papers, BBL… in short, open source fueled by all Octos!
- Because they are not just words, we demonstrate our commitment to responsible digital practices on a daily basis: we train Octos and our clients in Fresque du Climat / 2 Tonnes and work towards digital sobriety internally and with our clients. Since 2021, we have been B Corp certified, and we are proud to renew this increasingly demanding certification in 2025;
- Management is a central point of our culture. Octo managers are all trained via a core set of mandatory training to support you in your development (career, skills, etc.);
- Because we never stop learning, you can take advantage of our wide range of training (soft skills and hard skills), with personalized support and an average of 5 days of training per year, to sharpen your skills and get certified and, why not, become a trainer yourself…
- … not to mention that OCTO is a learning environment: every day, Octos have the opportunity to learn together, beyond formal training: BBL, conferences, OCTO Fest, OCTO blog, white papers & ref cards, or simply during informal exchanges at the coffee machine: that is also the "at OCTO" learning experience;
- The subject of parenthood also matters a lot to us. That is why we have made nursery places available, as well as a parenthood helpdesk for parents and future parents;
- Since 2022, we have been signatories of the Charte de l’Autre Cercle regarding the inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people in companies (renewed in 2025), and since 2023 the Charte de la Diversité and the Accord Handicap. In parallel, all Octos participate in the Fresque de la Diversité as part of their training path (mandatory). Because we are committed to offering an increasingly inclusive environment for everyone.
Not forgetting the fundamentals:
- Choice of equipment: computer (PC or Mac) and phone (Fairphone or iPhone);
- Remote work;
- Possibility of an increase every year conditioned by the annual evaluation;
- And of course: Swile card, RTT, various bonuses (participation, vacation, referral, bonuses based on collective performance).
