We are currently recruiting for a fantastic nursery setting in Oxford that is looking for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Educator to join their team.

Location: Oxford, OX3 7XP Pay: £30,056 per annum Hours : 40 hours per week
What you'll be doing:
As an Early Years Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and have fun.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing outstanding care and education in line with the EYFS
- Supporting each child's individual learning and development
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Creating a warm, caring and stimulating environment
- Building strong and positive relationships with children and their families
- Working closely with colleagues to provide excellent standards of care
- Supporting children's wellbeing, development and learning
- Maintaining a strong focus on safeguarding
You will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in a full and relevant UK-recognised Early Years discipline
- A strong understanding of the EYFS
- Good knowledge of safeguarding children
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A caring, enthusiastic and positive approach
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
