- The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural andgeotechnical building works, including structural elements for architecturalwork, building services, electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialistengineering works for compliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and otherauthorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporaryworks.
- The RTO shall be independent and energetic to performpermanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.
- The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry ofManpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work,Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.
- The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel,Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.
