RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

·        Job Description & Requirements ·        ·        1.TheRTO Shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical buildingworks,including structural elements for architectural work, buildingservices,electrical and mechanical (M&E), and specialist engineering worksforcompliance with the PUB/LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ andagencies’requirements for permanent works and temporary works. ·        ·        2.TheRTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work orlatenight supervision and project management work. ·        ·        3.TheRTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WSrequirementse.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW)etc. ·        ·        4.TheRTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintainingofproper daily work progress record.
