Employee (m/f/d) for Technical Service in the Office

Your versatile tasks

• Clarification of technical customer inquiries in Service & Customer Support using a ticketing system
• Determination of part requirements for service and maintenance assignments using drawings and bills of materials
• Identification of spare and wear parts from bills of materials
• Technical quotation clarification and cooperation with commercial clerks

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed technical training or a comparable qualification
• Customer orientation and service awareness
• Teamwork skills
• Good MS-Office skills
• English skills in spoken and written form
