Commercial Clerk Order Processing – Service (m/f/d)

Your versatile tasks

• Execution & processing of order fulfillment processes (quotes, order confirmation, invoice, credit note, RMA)
• Controlling of disposition using an ERP system
• Communication / coordination with customers
• Interface and support for service employees - creating service documentation
• Communication / coordination with the shipping department and production regarding the availability of spare parts
• Customer consulting via telephone and e-mail
• Processing of reminders and cash discount claims

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial or subject-related training, preferably as an Industriekaufmann (m/f/d) or Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification (career starters)
• Preferably interested in technology for the purpose of quote verification
• You have a confident handling of MS-Office applications
• Initial experience in ERP systems
• Good English skills
• Good communication skills, team spirit, and initiative
