Responsibilities and duties

• Verify requests made in order to initiate the import and export process, prioritizing chronological order or the urgency of the internal client;
• Forward quotation requests to international suppliers;
• Fill out the quotation map with the values provided by the suppliers;
• Identify the best supplier, aiming to prioritize the lowest cost, best deadline, highest quality, or other aspects according to the internal client's needs;
• Generate Purchase Order which is submitted for approval to the managers of the cost centers;
• Forward the Purchase Order to the supplier after its approval;
• Request the proforma invoice from the exporter and request the foreign exchange closing for payment from the finance department;
• Definition of the Customs Regime and monitoring of deadlines;
• Monitor material readiness;
• Analyze documents received from the exporter and send them to the customs broker;
• Quote and define international freight;
• Monitor collection at origin and clearance in Brazil;
• Request and monitor the nationalization process.

Requirements and qualifications

Mandatory:

• Completed higher education in Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related areas;
• Previous experience in purchasing materials and services focused on the oil and gas sector;
• Familiarity with import and export laws and regulations, including customs documentation, tariffs, and trade agreements;
• Special customs regimes;
• Knowledge of Siscomex;
• Knowledge of customs legislation;
• Office package;
• Advanced English.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of ERP Totvs.

• Work location: Rio das Ostras - RJ;
• Regime: Onshore;
• Modality: 100% in-person;
• Workload: 44h - 07h30min to 17h18min, with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday.
