Your tasks

Your Impact: As a key player in our operations team, you will bridge the gap between global suppliers and local markets. You will be the architect of efficient workflows, navigating the intricacies of the Nafeza system and ensuring every shipment clears customs without a hitch. Your work directly influences our bottom line and customer satisfaction.

• Orchestrate end-to-end logistics, from freight forwarding to final delivery, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Manage critical Import / Export documentation with meticulous attention to detail to avoid delays.
• Navigate Custom Clearance processes and maintain 100% Regulatory Compliance with local and international laws.

• Build and maintain strong relationships through expert Vendor Management and negotiation.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven success in a logistics or supply chain environment.
• Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with the Nafeza system and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Core Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Custom Clearance, Freight Forwarding, and Import / Export procedures.
• Operational Skills: Strong background in Documentation, and Regulatory Compliance.
• Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability in Vendor Management and cross-functional communication.
• Career Level: Seeking an Experienced professional ready to take ownership of complex tasks.
• Location: Must be able to work On-site in NewCairo, Egypt*.
