Qualification:

• Much hold a valid WPPE license issued by OJK
• Min. 3-5 years of Sales or in-house sales experience in the Financial industry

Job Description:

• Manage and service existing clients through various communication channels
• Execute clients' equity trading instructions accurately.
• Provide regular market updates and investment information
• Promote investment products based on clients' financial objectives
• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding account maintenance and client support
• Ensure all client transactions comply with applicable regulations
• Monitor clients' trading activities and provide timely assistance
• Support the achievement of departmental sales and trading targets.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Deliver excellent customer experience through responsive service.
