Quality Analyst

MISSION OF THE POSITION:

Maintain the company's Quality Management System in accordance with current international and local regulations. Ensure continuous improvement and full customer satisfaction.

MAIN TASKS

• Survey, standardize, and update the processes of the different areas of the organization - Update the branch's Quality procedures.
• Perform correct investigations of claims, deviations, and findings, and ensure that preventive, corrective, and effective actions are proposed that lead to the improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Execute area validations and periodic qualifications of equipment and refrigerators, comply with the Calibration and Supplier Homologation program, carrier qualification, Change Control, and Risk Analysis.
• Participate in internal/external audits and sanitary inspections.
• Respond to CAPA plans from External Audits of customers, Sanitary Authorities, ISO 9001 standard certifying bodies, and Internal Audits in a timely and proper manner.
• Conduct training in AMBA branches according to the Annual Training Plan or due to special requirements from other branches.
• Line release and batch record closure in conditioning processes, product status changes, and transfers in SAP.

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced students of Ing. Química, Química, Farmacia, Ing. en Alimentos, Lic en Alimentos, Biotecnología, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar positions in industries that manage quality management systems: pharmaceutical industry, food, health logistics, cosmetics, etc.
• Advanced Excel - Advanced English (mandatory)
• SAP (desirable)
