International NDT Supervisor - Dragados Project

Now you have the opportunity to join a top-tier international project (Dragados Project) focused on the construction and assembly of platforms for Offshore Wind energy, directly impacting the global energy transition. We are looking for an NDT Supervisor to lead execution, safety, and technical quality at our Campamento and San Fernando bases.

Your missions in this challenge: We don't want you to just come to "clock in the hours." We want you to take control and leave your personal mark on the site through these missions:

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractor teams in their daily NDT and piping work to guarantee excellence in project execution, which will allow you to position yourself as a technical leadership benchmark in a high-demand environment.

• Control and inspect rigorous compliance with drawings, isometrics, and quality standards to avoid any deviation that impacts the offshore structure, thus achieving the enormous satisfaction of seeing a colossal work executed to perfection.

• Collaborate and integrate the NDT and Piping discipline with other critical areas (structures, mechanics, instrumentation, or welding) to ensure that all the gears work in harmony, which will provide you with an invaluable multidisciplinary vision for your professional projection.

• Drive the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) culture in the field to protect the integrity of every person involved in the work, feeling the pride of leading by example in prevention matters.

What would we like to see in your profile? Beyond a list of requirements, this is what you will need in your backpack to succeed and feel comfortable in this position:

• Solid technical training: Vocational Training, Engineering (Mechanical, Piping, Construction), or equivalent technical specialization, as you will need this analytical base to interpret complex specifications, drawings, and isometrics.

• Field track record: Previous experience supervising teams and subcontractors in large industrial projects or offshore environments, because your ability to anticipate and organize will be vital to keeping planning on track.

• Fluency in English (Minimum B1): You will need to master it orally and in writing because you will work in an international environment, interacting with different interlocutors and handling global technical documentation.

• Leadership and resilience: We seek your ability to organize teams, solve technical problems on the fly, and work with autonomy, because in projects of this caliber, agility in decision-making makes the difference.
