BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST - CALLAO

About the company

We are looking for a BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST - CALLAO to lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions oriented towards the optimization of environmental reports and indicators in the port logistics sector.

Your tasks

1. Design, develop, implement, and maintain technological solutions for the automation of Environmental Management System (EMS) processes.
2. Develop control panels and interactive dashboards in Power BI for the monitoring of KPIs and environmental indicators.
3. Digitalize records and optimize the generation of environmental reports directed to government entities and corporate reports.
4. Integrate information between different platforms, designing and structuring efficient databases.
5. Prepare technical documentation, execute functional tests, and provide support/maintenance to the implemented digital solutions.

Requirements

• Academic background: Graduate, Bachelor, or University Degree in Systems Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
• Required work experience:
• General Experience: Minimum two (02) years in process automation, development of digital solutions, data management, or business intelligence (BI).
• Specific Experience: Minimum one (01) year in the implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• (Experience is counted from the completion of studies with a certificate of graduation or bachelor's degree).
• Mandatory technical knowledge:
• Power BI, DAX, and Power Query (Advanced Level).
• Power Automate (Advanced Level).
• Power Apps (Intermediate to Advanced Level).
• Microsoft SharePoint, advanced Excel, and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Desirable knowledge:
• Handling of SQL queries, Python language, and connections via API REST.
• Notions of environmental management systems and ISO 14001 standard.
• Languages: Intermediate English.
• Information security: Rigorous commitment to confidentiality policies and corporate access control.

Working Conditions

• Contract type: Direct payroll entry for a period of 6 months.
• Working day: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Work modality: Hybrid / Mixed (remote and in-person, with an indispensable minimum of 3 days per week in person at the Callao operational site).
• In-person location: Av. Manco Cápac 113, Callao (Port terminal).
• Profile scope: Local profile from Lima/Callao. In case of applying from a province, please note that per diems, lodging, nor transfers are covered.
