About the company

Are you passionate about the world of international management and looking for an environment where every task counts? At OCA Global, we don't just manage processes; we work every day to make the world a safer and more efficient place. To achieve this, our Central Services team in Sant Cugat del Vallès needs a methodical, agile person with a global mindset to become the administrative engine of our international operations.

Who are we? At OCA Global, we are an international group dedicated to inspection, certification, and technical consultancy.

Our mission is to make the world a safer and more efficient place, and we achieve it thanks to a flat structure where ideas flow quickly and "Rock & Roll" is part of our day-to-day. If you are looking for a company that combines technical rigor with a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, you are in the right place.

Your tasks

Your work will be fundamental to ensuring that the order flow and communication with foreign entities function correctly:

  • Management in Odoo: Entry and maintenance of order, supplier, and invoicing data in the ERP.
  • International Coordination: Daily contact with suppliers and international subsidiaries (mainly in English).
  • Purchasing Support: Follow-up of international orders and support in logistics and documentary management.
  • Organization: File management and general administrative support to the operations department.

Requirements

We are not looking for an impossible profile, but rather someone who feels comfortable with these tools and tasks:

  • Previous experience: At least 1-2 years in administrative positions, ideally in purchasing or logistics departments.
  • Languages: High level of English. You will use it to speak and write with partners from other countries.
  • Tools: We positively value if you have worked with Odoo, although it is not essential. We also value the use of other ERP's.
  • Education: Higher Vocational Training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior) in Administration or similar.

What we offer

  • Stability: Indefinite contract in a solid and growing group.
  • Closeness: You will be part of a young team with a flat structure where contact with managers is direct and simple.
  • Schedule and Work-Life Balance: Full-time from Monday to Thursday from 8:30h to 18h and Fridays from 8:30h to 15:30h. You will also enjoy intensive working hours in July, August, and the eve of holidays, in addition to having December 24th and 31st off.
