Analyze, evaluate, and optimize with OBO Bettermann: With strategic foresight and high analytical competence, you will examine national and international processes for economic efficiency and effectiveness. In doing so, you will identify risks, highlight optimization potential, and derive well-founded recommendations that support the management in the targeted steering and sustainable further development of the company.

Internal Auditor (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent planning and execution of national and international audits within all business units to evaluate the compliance, economic efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes as well as the effectiveness of internal control systems
• Development of recommendations for action and optimization suggestions
• Independent coordination of audit results and recommended improvement measures with the managers of the audited unit
• Preparation of audit reports in German and English as well as proactive follow-up of measure implementation
• Further development of audit methods and processes as well as the risk management system
• Direct reporting to the CFO / management

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in internal audit work desirable, preferably in a globally active company or a consulting or auditing firm
• Strong analytical skills and high solution orientation
• Strong IT affinity and proficient use of MS Office products
• An independent and structured way of working, supplemented by communication and assertiveness
• Business-fluent English skills in connection with international willingness to travel
