You will accompany construction projects financed by Oberbank in Austria and Germany throughout the entire project lifecycle - from inspection to completion. In doing so, you will keep an eye on costs, schedules, and quality and translate technical facts into clear decision-making bases for risk management and committees. As an interface between sales, specialist departments, and external project partners, you ensure transparency in credit and risk decisions.

IN DETAIL

• Critical examination and plausibility check of external construction controlling reports according to time, cost, and quality plans
• Documentation of construction progress and cost status including target-actual comparison as well as forecasting of completion costs
• Occasion-related site inspections and spot checks on-site
• Technical construction assessment within the framework of project examination (cost plausibility, construction time, performance of project participants)
• Early warning to risk management in case of cost overruns, construction delays, or quality defects
• Active participation in construction meetings, tracking of resolutions and deviations
• Preparation of reports for internal committees with a focus on costs, schedules, and risks

MY CHALLENGE

• You have a relevant technical education (HTL, FH, or university, ideally in civil engineering).
• You already have professional experience in the field of construction management, local construction supervision, or construction controlling.
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.
• You have very good written and spoken English skills and feel confident in working with various stakeholders.
• You are willing to travel for projects in Austria and Germany; a class B driver's license is an advantage.
• You convince through analytical thinking and the ability to link technical details with economic issues.

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for the described area of responsibility and profile (completed bachelor's degree) is at least EUR 3,584.26 gross/month on a full-time basis.
