Sales Manager
Obato Industries Ltd is looking for an experienced and highly motivated International Specialty Coffee Sales Manager to join our team in Uganda.
We are looking for a proven coffee sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in international coffee sales and a strong network of coffee buyers, importers, traders, and roasters.
🌍 Key Responsibilities
- Develop international markets for Ugandan green and specialty coffee
- Identify and acquire new international buyers and roasters
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with coffee customers
- Manage B2B sales, negotiations, contracts, and closing
- Develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Monitor international coffee markets, prices, and customer trends
- Represent Obato in international coffee exhibitions and business meetings
- Work closely with sourcing, quality control, and logistics teams
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in coffee sales
- Proven experience in international/export coffee sales
- Strong network of international coffee buyers and roasters
- Good understanding of green coffee, quality, processing, grading, and specialty coffee
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong commercial and target-oriented mindset
- Fluent English is essential
- Based in or willing to relocate to Uganda
