Business Development Manager

About the company

Oasis Computer LLC is looking for an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager who will join our team and actively participate in brand development and business expansion.

Your tasks

The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and contributing to the long-term commercial growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, partners, and key accounts
• Conduct business negotiations and prepare commercial proposals
• Participate in the development and implementation of the brand development strategy
• Analyze market trends, the competitive environment, and potential avenues for sales development
• Develop new partnerships and expand the company's business network
• Monitor sales results and contribute to the achievement of set business goals
• Collaborate with the company's internal teams to ensure the effective implementation of business development initiatives

Requirements

Requirements for the Candidate

• Higher education in economics, marketing, management, or any technical field
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or related fields
• Age: 25+
• Good knowledge of English and Russian languages at a level suitable for conducting business communication and negotiations
• High communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and take responsibility for projects
• Organization, responsibility, and a results-oriented approach
