Event Coordinator (3K to 3.5K, Hybrid Work, East) )
PrimaryResponsibilities: Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate comprehensive sales, marketing, and operational support to ensure the seamless execution of designated exhibitions. Asset & Space Management: Formulate and maintain the master exhibitor directory while overseeing the optimization of spatial layouts and floorplans. Data & Administration: Coordinate event data, maintain databases, track invoices and payments, and process contracts and sales reports. Agile Operational Support: Execute critical ad-hoc assignments efficiently within high-pressure environments to guarantee project objectives are realized. CandidateRequirements: Academic & Professional Background: Possess a tertiary qualification in any field, complemented by a minimum of one year of professional corporate experience. Sector Expertise: Prior exposure to administrative functions or large-scale event coordination is highly desirable. Core Competencies: Demonstrate exceptional autonomy, versatility, and the capacity to balance competing priorities simultaneously. Strategic Ambition: Display a strong aptitude for client relations, paired with a long-term career orientation toward business development or brand marketing. Interpersonal Excellence: Maintain superior articulacy in both written and verbal communications, alongside a proven track record of collaborative teamwork.
