We?re looking for a friendly and motivated Optometric Assistant to join our busy optometric practice and dispensary at our *Regent location*.
As an independent, family-owned business, we believe in providing the highest level of patient and customer care. You?ll be an important part of creating a welcoming experience for our patients?from greeting and scheduling to pre-exam testing and preparing rooms for our Optometrists.
It?s a hands-on, people-first role where no two days look the same.
*What You?ll Do*
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Checking in patients
- Performing pre-testing duties and other tests as required by the Optometrist
- Fielding phone calls and contacting patients
- Booking appointments
- Helping create a friendly, organized, and positive environment for our patient and team
