1)Develop production or delivery plans according to customer orders and company objectives. 根据客户订单和公司目标制定生产、交付计划。 2)Monitor production and delivery status to ensure adherence to schedules. 跟踪生产及交付进度，确保按计划执行。 3)Analyze sales data and demand forecasts to optimize resource allocation. 分析销售数据和需求预测，以优化资源配置。 4)Coordinate with planner (material control), warehouse, production, and logistics teams to resolve issues and improve plans. 与物料、仓库、生产和物流规划人员协调解决问题并改进计划。 5)Prepare performance reports and propose improvement actions. 编制执行报告并提出改进建议。 6)Other tasks assigned by superiors. 上级安排的其他工作。

The Planner is responsible for creating production or delivery plans that align with customer demand and company objectives. This role monitors progress, resolves issues, and adjusts plans as needed to optimize resource utilization and ensure on-time delivery. 计划员负责制定生产、交付计划，使其符合客户需求和公司目标。该职位需跟踪执行进度，解决问题并及时调整计划，以优化资源利用并确保按时交付。

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field. 工程、工业管理、物流或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or material management. 具有2-3年以上生产计划或物料管理经验。 Strong understanding of supply chain processes and warehouse management. 熟悉供应链流程和仓储管理。 Proficient in SAP or other ERP planning systems. 熟练使用SAP或其他ERP计划系统。 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. 具备良好的分析、解决问题和时间管理能力。 Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. 拥有良好的沟通及跨部门协调能力。 Good command of English (Chinese proficiency is an advantage). 英语良好，会中文者优先。
