• Control and maintain the specified quality of the glass melt.
• Establish temperature regimes for the tanks depending on the glass pulls from the tanks.
• Prepare specifications for glass raw material batches.
• Perform measurements of oxygen content in flue gases, establish the fining curve.
• Analyze production reports, glass melt quality reports, energy and raw material consumption, as well as the performance and efficiency of the glass tanks.
• Prepare and correct technological instructions regarding the preparation of the glass batch, melting the glass melt, raw material supply and unloading, and operating the tanks in emergency situations.
• Control the technical condition of the glass tanks, participate in glass tank inspections.
• Participate in tank renovations.
• Supervise the supply of glass raw materials in accordance with applicable glass raw material quality standards.
• Order glass and raw material testing and analyze the results.

• Higher technical education – glass technology, chemical technology, or related.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of English at a very good level in speaking and writing.
• SEP qualifications group III supervision and operation – welcome.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Teamwork skills.
