Engineer (m/f) - Development Program

Our 12-month development program is aimed at graduates of technical fields and is designed to prepare you to start your professional career at O-I. During the program, including this 3-month rotational training in various manufacturing plants in Europe, you will be introduced to the main processes in the plant, starting from safety, through production, quality, technical support, and others. You will receive professional support from our experts at every stage of the training.
You have recently completed your studies, obtaining a degree in automation, electronics, mechatronics, or a similar field. You are fluent in English. You are ready for a 12-month program that will give you the opportunity to travel
and learn in various O-I plants throughout Europe. You have a maximum of 2-3 years of professional experience. You are ready to work at our Plant in Poznań.
