Your tasks
Role Profile The purpose of the role is to install, service, and repair the Company’s products and follow up on pre- and post-installation activities.
- Responsible for the servicing and maintenance of the Company’s products on-site to ensure satisfactory performance
- Attend promptly to service and fault calls in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Assist in the proper installation, termination, testing and commissioning, and smooth operation of the Company’s product at customer’s site
- Adhere to maintenance schedule to ensure its timely execution in accordance with SLA, advise end-users of potential problems and follow up on them
- Interact with end-users to understand the problems they face in using the Company’s products and provide feedback to the Technical Support team for resolution
- Work closely with Technical Support team to ensure the smooth operation of the Company’s products
- Comply with the Company’s Safe work procedures at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements
Competence (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Skills in troubleshooting technical problems related to the company’s products
- Skills in relating to and servicing the end-users with a win-win mind set
- Certification in Basic Ionising Radiation Safety (General) Course
- Strong technical knowledge with and certification on in-house products
- Able to deal with routine tasks and may perform tasks with some level of complexity
- Take decisions for own tasks in defined degree of freedom
- Able to solve problems in most cases and within guidelines
- Works independently within guidelines, defined procedures and direction
- Required to work on shift duty

Education & Experience
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or equivalent in Biomedical, Security Technology and other related studies
- Minimum 1 year work experience in the equipment maintenance
