QC Engineer

Job Responsibilities: ·      Perform incoming, in-process and final inspection. ·      Operate CMM to carry out dimensional inspections. ·      Use various QC measuring equipment. ·      Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T. ·      Develop methods and checklist for inspection. ·      Prepare First Article and Final QC Inspection Reports. ·      Identify and report non-conforming parts. ·      Support production in resolving quality issues. ·      Maintain inspection records and ensure measuring equipment are calibrated. ·      Assist in design of various fixtures and tooling for in house inspection. Job Requirements: ·      Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Precision or Manufacturing Engineering. ·      Must have hands-on experience operating and programming CMM, preferably PCDMIS. ·      Able to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T. ·      Experience in precision engineering or machining is preferred. ·      Knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 is an advantage. ·      Dedicated, responsible and able to work independently.
