Jr Systems Engineer

We are looking for a person to join the Systems area and support the operation, maintenance, and improvement of the company's technological infrastructure, providing support to users and participating in automation and process optimization projects.

Profile:

• Technical degree or Engineering in Sistemas, Informática, Mecatrónica, Electrónica or related. Graduated or intern.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or systems administration. Professional internships and demonstrable personal projects will also be considered.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Advanced management of Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• Functional management of PowerShell and/or Bash.
• Intermediate-advanced technical English for reading documentation.

It will be a plus to have experience in: Linux, Odoo ERP, Google Apps Script, Git, Cloudflare, and IP video surveillance systems.

We are looking for a person with initiative, ability to diagnose and resolve problems, order, follow-up, good communication with users, and judgment to handle confidential information.
