YOUR MISSIONS As part of the development of our innovative projects, you will intervene at the heart of managing the testing activities for the Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) scope, in close interaction with our testing partners and internal teams (engineering, safety, licensing).

Reporting to the NSSS Technical Lead, you are responsible for the global management of testing activities, while respecting technical, cost, schedule, and risk objectives.

The associated missions are:

Definition & testing strategy:

• Contribute to the development and validation of the testing strategy (elementary and integrated)
• Ensure the consistency of tests with:

* system design needs * safety requirements * studies conducted via scientific codes (CATHARE, MAAP.)

• Participate in the validation of equipment qualification approaches

Optimization & coordination

• Be proactive in optimizing testing strategies and setups
• Manage interfaces with industrial and technical partners
• Actively contribute to achieving project objectives

Specification & preparation

• Validate testing specifications
• Identify necessary testing means (models, installations, tools)

Testing management & monitoring

• Ensure the monitoring of the progress of tests at partners

Transversal support

• Provide technical support to internal teams on testing topics
• Contribute to the activities of:

* project monitoring * licensing and safety * system design

Job location in Lyon with occasional travel to be expected at various NUWARD sites (Paris, Tours) and at partners.

YOUR PROFILE You have a solid experience of at least 5 years in:

• Conducting tests contributing to system design or code validation in the Nuclear field;
• Use and/or validation of calculation chains (CATHARE, MAAP.);
• Study methods used within the framework of safety demonstration;
• Pressurized Water Reactor physics as well as their design, particularly in fluid mechanics and/or thermal;
• Management of activities carried out by a Partner or subcontractor.
