Job Description & Requirements Job Responsibilities Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner. Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits. Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees. Assesses safety and finance goals. Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews. Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures. Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope. Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases. Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures. Need to work and support if necessary Job Requirements: Knowledge and Experience in Construction work site Carpenter Formwork, Rebar With atleast one year experience in Residential/ Industrial/ Commercial and/or Institutional projects. Able to stand and handle packing tasks for several hours Physically fit and hardworking
